Parade of Homes

The Polk County Builders Association (PCBA) hosts the Parade of Home Events once a year. This year, PCBA is proud to present the 2023 Parade of Homes on October 21-22 & October 28-29, 2023. On the parade route, patrons enjoy touring new homes throughout the Polk County area. Take the pulse of new home design, see what’s trending, and visit the many cutting-edge homes on the Parade of Homes tour!

Last Fall, our beautiful showcase home was The Marquise, built by Hulbert Homes. Come out to see this year’s Showcase home, The Arietta, built by Sadler Homes. The Parade of Homes will be ready this weekend and next for you to stop by and tour the beautiful homes. Remember, touring is always free!
